🍒 TERMS AND CONTRACT

Commercial and Personal use

✦ Personal Use

Fanart and OC commissions may be used for personal purposes such as:

• Printing for yourself or gift for friends (is ok!) | freebies also ok!
• Sharing on social media
• Using as profile pictures / banners / etc.

✦ Commercial Use

• Allowed only for original characters or original IP.
• Commercial / monetized content usage price: 1x base rate. (100%)
• Merchandising price: 2x base rate (200%).
• Vtubers / Indie IP are allowed for commercial use only if the agency or creator orders the commission directly.

✦ Private Commission

• You may request the artwork not to be uploaded publicly (private commission or delayed posting).
• No extra fee, unless stated on certain commission menus.

I reserve the rights to create and sell my own canon character merchandise, and I do not offer canon character commissions for resale or merchandising, unless it’s for an official or collaborative project. Fanart is allowed for personal use only (e.g., printing for yourself, sharing privately, gifting, etc.).

Notes: Vtuber and Indie IP is still allowed for using my services for commercial (content or merchandising) if the agency/vtuber itself was the one who ordered. Please contact me!

Q: Can i ask you not to upload the commission as sample? (Private Commission)

A: Sure, you can ask for private commission or postponing for uploads, currently there is no additional prices for this. (But! There is one or two commission menu that will have extra charge for private, it will be labelled in the menu)

Work Flow

Estimated turnaround: 3 days to 1 month. Completion time depends on your place in the commission queue.

I can’t take strict deadlines; the fastest guaranteed time for planned commissions is 3 weeks as I can’t commit to exact deadlines due to personal and real-life reasons. (eventhough sometimes i finish it faster, i wouldnt guarantee it would work everytime so the safest time is 3 weeks)

✦ Commission Progress

1. References
2. Sketch → Revision (free during sketch) → Payment
3. Lineart & Base Color → Revision (max 3 minor)
4. Finishing → Revision (max 3 minor)

Finished files will be delivered digitally via Google Drive. (i can send it to your chat or email)

Cancellation during waitinglist or before i work with the sketch is OK! Cancellation during the work progress only available in sketch phase, i will return 70% of the payment

NO CANCELLATION AFTER SKETCH PROGRESS.

✦ Revisions and Request

Free revisions during sketch phase (major revisions allowed).

After sketch approval:

• Max 3 minor revisions for lineart/color/finishing.
• Major revisions are no longer allowed after sketch
• Color adjustment or fine-tuning may exceed the revision limit (I’ll follow your instructions even if it’s more than 3 times—still counted as minor).

Do and Dont’s

I’m happy to work with any theme, any character, and any concept, as long as it doesn’t involve sensitive, harmful, or conflict-starting content.

• My commissions are a safe space for everyone, and I want to ensure the themes stay respectful and comfortable for all parties. I hope that i can work with your ideas ^-^
• For furry and mecha i can do it but it might be an experimental choices due to my skill (im still learning and currently there is no samples for this). Feel free to ask about this in the commission request and we can do trial sketch to know if im the best fit to draw your furry / mecha character. This also means i accept any other humanoid or non-humanoid character, still, i reccomend for trial sketch first.
• Full NSFW will be available on special services (soon)
• For chibi, i do not reccomended too many details since my brush size is quite big resulting in thick lineart so the details might not work perfectly. I will try to simplified but still following the main character design.

✦ Lychee’s Speciality

I specialize in cute designs, chibi art, and soft pastel coloring.

Can I work in other themes?

Yes! I’m happy to try styles outside my specialty. Just note that the results may vary and might also not be the best, but we can always discuss the theme together so it fits your vision.

✦ Custom / Outside-the-Menu Work & Collabs

Want something not listed in the menu or a collaboration?

Absolutely! I also have experience in layout design (Notion, Carrd, simple web layouts). If you're interested in a custom layout/carrd/notion design that i create, feel free to reach out.

Note: Layout/carrd/notion commissions require extra research and UI adjustments (PC & mobile), so the turnaround can be 1–3+ months depending on complexity.

For USD Commission is now available on VGEN: I accept USD commission outside the VGEN platform but however, I will prioritize USD commission from the vgen platform. If my commission working list on VGEN is full, the other USD commission will be hold on waitinglist, thus why i reccomend using the VGEN.
